Just wanted to give you an update for my first novel, Lake Surrender. It will be coming out this fall but my publisher is keeping me busy as we get ready for a launch. No, not a rocket launch but hopefully just as powerful.
I’m very thankful for all those who have stepped up to help read the final preview copy, called a galley copy in the publishing world. As an author you can tend to glaze over the typos and story holes so it’s like having new eyes to see the book fresh.
As soon as I have a peek at the cover I will try to post it to give my readers a head’s up. Seeing your “baby” with clothes on, dressed up for the world, thrills an author like nothing else.
